Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong requests to collect and store your email address and phone number contact details on a Registration Form.
Access to these details are by Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong only - paper copies are stored in a locked filing cabinet and electronic details are password protected.
These contact details are stored only for the purpose to contact you in connection with Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong appointments, public classes, corporate classes, private lessons, workshops and other related events.
Please take important note of the following:
- Your contact details will NOT be shared with any third party without your permission.
- You can request to view your data and request to have your details removed fully or in part at any time.
- Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong will retain your contact details and may still contact you about new classes, workshops and events for up to one year after your last attendance, unless you have requested to have your details removed. You may request to be kept in contact otherwise your contact details will be deleted.
- Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong will notify you of any breach in data security within 48 hours of a known breach.
Students of Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong have the option to accept, or decline providing contact information.
2. Attendance Register
Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong will keep an attendance register showing your name, date of attendance and a tick showing that you attended the class. A cross can also indicate if you were absent or when you are away on holidays.
3. Image Sharing
Yangsheng School of Tai Chi and Qigong may take photographs and videos including your image for promotional purposes and for inclusion on our website and only if you have given your permission. You have a right to withdraw this permission at any time but this will not apply to existing published images.
